Who is YourCompliance for?
Holiday let managers (also known as holiday rental managers), Vacation rental managers, Airbnb Managers, serviced apartment operators, holiday parks, HMO and long let managers, and anyone responsible for keeping a portfolio of properties compliant.
Do I need to be a compliance expert to use it?
No. You set up the requirements that apply to your properties and the system tracks status, reminders and evidence from there.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully set-up in about a week. Our onboarding includes a compliance review to help you map requirements across your portfolio.
Can owners be onboarded easily?
Yes. Owners receive access to their branded portal, see exactly what’s required for their property and can upload documents directly. No training needed.
Certificates & Renewals
How does certificate tracking work?
Certificates are stored against each property with expiry dates and renewal frequencies. You see what’s valid, what’s expiring and what’s overdue in real time.
Can I create custom certificate types?
Yes. Set up the certificate types, templates and renewal frequencies your portfolio requires, including region-specific requirements.
Who can upload certificates?
Your team and owners through the owner portal. Every upload goes through your approval process.
What happens when an owner uploads a document?
You review it, approve or decline with notes, and the decision is logged. Approved certificates update the property’s compliance status automatically.
Checks & Checklists
What kinds of checks can I build?
Unlimited check types. Fire safety, hot tub and water testing, legionella, changeover checks, daily checks or anything custom, varied by property or region.
What can a checklist capture?
Yes/no answers, multiple choice, dates, times, comments and photos, so you get real evidence rather than a tick in a box.
How do QR codes work?
Each check has a unique QR code and URL. Stick the code at the property, and whoever’s responsible scans it and completes the check on their phone. No login, no app.
Risk, Reporting & Audit Trails
How do I see risk across my portfolio?
The portfolio summary shows compliance status across every property at a glance, with risk analysis by property and filters to surface overdue certificates, missing evidence and incomplete checks.
What reports can I generate?
Compliance reports by property, owner or requirement, ready whenever you need evidence for an audit, an insurer or an owner conversation.
Is communication logged too?
Yes. Every reminder and message sent is recorded in a messaging audit trail alongside what was submitted and approved.
